House Painting Newport

We repainted all exterior surfaces of this two storey home at Newport on Sydney’s Northern Beaches using an ultra modern colour palette of dark blue, charcoal and white.
First, we used high-pressure cleaning equipment and a mix of more precise hand washing to clean all surfaces in preparation for the new paint. Taubmans Endure in Ironstone colour was used for the rendered brickwork and repainting the tile roof. We also applied a coat of sealer to the brick render to provide further protection.
Before – the old versus the new
A white gloss acrylic was used to paint the gutters, facias, windows, front door and other features instantly freshening up the home and providing a striking contrast against the charcoal / blue coloured brickwork and roof. The comparison between the photo above and the one at the top of the page shows how we use paint to highlight specific features of a home – this is the difference between a good paint job and a great paint job!
The garage door was sprayed with three coats of hard-wearing acrylic paint in white to protect it from the sun and general wear and tear. And finally, the timber fence was painted white.
The result was spectacular and it really transformed the street appeal of the property.
